1.5 cups warm water
2.25 tsp active quick rising yeast
1 tbsp. splenda
1 tsp. salt
4 cups flour
1 egg, beaten
salt to taste
mix warm water and yeast. add in splenda and salt. mix flour into liquid mixture.
knead dough and seperate into 16 sections.
Shape dough however you want- and place on a cookie tray that has been sprayed with pam.
spread beaten egg mixture over each pretzel and add salt to taste.
bake 15 minutes at 425.
makes 16 large pretzels
