Ingredients

    94% Lean Ground Beef
    1C Frozen Peas & Carrots
    1C Frozen Corn
    1C Frozen Cut Green Beans
    1C Frozen Raw Onions
    3 cloves of garlic minced
    28oz can of petite diced tomatoes
    15oz can of diced potatoes
    32 oz. water
    32 oz. beef stock
    3 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet Browning & Seasoning Sauce
    1T dried oregano
    1T dried basil
    2T salt
    1T pepper



Directions

In a large dutch oven brown ground beef. When the beef is close to being done add onions & garlic. When the ground beef is cook through add the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes.

This recipe makes 10 servings. Each serving consists of 1C of the meat and veggies and 1C of broth.
