Introduction

I wanted to try a recipe out of a new cook book. My family enjoyed but I think I will put some corn starch in next time to thicken the gravy. I wanted to try a recipe out of a new cook book. My family enjoyed but I think I will put some corn starch in next time to thicken the gravy.
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    1 Tblsp Olive oil
    1.5 lbs cube steak
    1 cup grape juice
    8 tsp Dijon mustard
    4 Tblsp Worcestershire

Directions

Heat oil in pan. Place steaks in pan and cook 2 minutes each side. In small bowl mix juice, mustard and worcestershire. After draining the steaks, pour mixture over steaks and simmer covered until tender 30 to 45 minutes.
Makes 5 servings

    This steak was simple and easy to make and taste great. The only thing I did different was used surger free grape juice - 11/26/08

  • Didn't have grape juice...used 1/2 water & 1/2 red wine...and added some onions...did it in the crock pot....DELISH!!!!! - 9/15/11
