IntroductionVegetarian sausage tastes great and is much healthier than the original. Vegetarian sausage tastes great and is much healthier than the original.
1 head fresh green cabbage, thinly sliced
1 link Vegetarian Sausage, such as Tofurky Italian Sausage or Boca Italian Sausage, sliced
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
2 tablespoons of water
Optional salt, pepper, and a seasoning blend such as Mrs. Dash.
Slice the Vegetarian Sausage into rounds
Saute both in the Olive Oil and water.
Cover and cook for about 10 minutes over low heat, stirring every so often, until the cabbage is soft & lightly browned.
Season to taste with salt, pepper, and a seasoning blend such as Mrs. Dash.
