Garlic Oil Broccoli and Pepper Pasta

Introduction

This dish is created by lightly frying garlic, softened peppers and broccoli in a light olive oil.
It is then poured over 6 cups of cooked pasta and tossed. Sprinkle the cheese over the dish and serve. Salt and pepper to taste.

Ingredients

    olive oil
    garlic clove (sliced into slivers)
    Broccoli
    Red pepper
    1 cooked and cubed chicken breast
    1/2 package of uncooked pasta
    salt and pepper
    parmesan or romano cheese

Directions

begin heating oil in pan and add the garlic clove.
add the precooked chicken breast sliced into strips or cubes.
Cook broccoli in the microwave and cook until al dente.
Do the same with the sliced red pepper.
While boiling the pasta, toss all of the ingredients into the olive oil and toss until fully covered with oil. continue to fry on low to pull the ingredients together.
once pasta is cooked and drained, add it to the olive oil.
Sprinkle parmesan cheese over the dish and serve.
Serves approximately 5 people.
