Introduction

This makes a quick and tasty pizza that is filling enough to eat on its own for a light lunch or dinner. This makes a quick and tasty pizza that is filling enough to eat on its own for a light lunch or dinner.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 can of pizza dough
    1/4 jar of alfredo sauce
    1 medium onion chopped
    5 cloves of garlic diced
    2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, shredded
    1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
    2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

unroll pizza dough onto baking sheet and cook in oven for about 7 minutes

while pizza dough is cooking, saute onions and garlic in a skillet over medium-high heat with a couple of tablespoons of olive oil

take pizza dough out of oven, spread alfredo sauce evenly over dough

spread onions and garlic over pizza

sprinkle chicken breasts over pizza. To save time, pick up a rotisserie chicken at the store and take the meat off of that for the pizza

sprinkle cheese over top of pizza

put back in the oven for about 7 more minutes

slice into 16 squares

enjoy!
