Balsalmic Marinade for Veggies or Meats
Submitted by: DOCHAPPYCAMPERIntroduction
I came up with this marinade from trying others and just substituting ingredients when I didn't have what the recipe called for. I found that this works well to marinate vegetables for kabobs on the grill as well as for chicken or steak. Ingredients
-
1/2 cup Balsalmic Vinegar
1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 gloves of garlic chopped
1/4 cup of lime juice
1 tablespoon of McCormick's Grill Mates Steak or Chicken Seasoning
Directions
Put all the ingredients into a ziploc bag that is large enough to hold the ingredients and any veggies or meat you wish to marinate.
Seal up the bag and give it a shake to make sure that all veggies/meat are coated with the mixture. Put the whole bag into the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes but up to 2 hours is fine.
Grill your marinated veggies or meats as you would normally.
