Boneless Buffalo Wings

Introduction

A healthy way to enjoy a favorite party food. A healthy way to enjoy a favorite party food.
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    3 Tbsp Bread Crumbs
    3 Tbsp of Flax Seed Meal
    8 oz. boneless chicken breast cut into nugget size pieces
    6 tsp of Franks Red Hot Sauce
    1 tsp of garlic pwdr
    1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
    1/4 tsp black pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Put bread crumbs in dish. Add each of the seasonings and mix well. Place chicken pieces in a separate dish, mix with hot sauce.Spray a baking pan with nonstick spray. Next, coat the chicken with the crumbs. Lay the pieces on the baking sheet. Place in the oven, and bake for 15 minutes. Then flip over, and return them to the oven for 15 addtional minutes, or until outsides are crispy and chicken is cooked completely.
Makes 3 servings = to about 3 oz serving each.

    This recipe was great. Had to make a few adjustments to Aussie standards (we don't have Franks) so used tobasco. Awesome kick to it and went down great with salad - 12/7/08

  • I loved the spicy ...i too used tabasco (habanero). The only thing I wasn't crazy for was the "crunch" they didn't get really crispy. - 12/18/09
