Introduction

Ingredients

    1 package frozen, cubed breakfast potatoes
    1 1/2 quarts canned chicken broth (low salt version)
    1 block processed cheese, cubed
    1 large package frozen corn

Directions

In large stockpot, cook frozen potatoes in chicken broth until tender. Add cheese; stir until melted.

Add corn; cook on low until corn is tender.

Serve with your favorite sandwich or salad.
