Introduction

This is a delicious treat for when you're craving something sweet but do not want to exceed your calories for the day. It takes like the inside of a delicious apple pie - without the crust, calories, or guilt! Ingredients

    1 apple
    1 tbsp. splenda or other no calorie sweetner
    2 tsp. ground cinnamon spice

Directions

Core the apple. Cut the remaining pieces into thin slices. The average sized apple should produce 20 - 30 thin slices. Arrange the apple slices on a plate in a single layer. Sprinkle with the no calorie sweetner and cinnamon. Put the plate into the microwave and cook on high for 2 minutes. Be careful removing the plate as it tends to get hot. Let cool for 1 minute and enjoy.
