Turkey Meatloaf

Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 pound ground turkey
    1/4 green pepper, diced
    1 slice purple onion
    1/2 C fine bread crumbs
    1 large egg
    1 clove garlic, chopped fine
    dash black pepper
    1 tsp dried parsley

Directions

Dice onion and green pepper. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Shape into a loaf and press into a loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Makes 8 servings.
