Ginger Chicken with Asian Greens

Ingredients

1 boneless chicken breast, cut into pieces
1/4 tsp lemon juice
1/2" piece of ginier, grated
salt to taste
1/4 tsp pepper
2 leaves of cabbage
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1/2 bunch of broccoli, cut into florets, blanched
1 bok choy, roughly cut
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 tsp soy sauce
Directions
Place chicken in bowl. Add lemon juice, giner, salt and black pepper. Mix together. Set aside to marinate for 15 minutes.
Heat water in a steamer. Place cabbage leaves in a slotted pan. Place marinated chicken pieces over the cabbage leaves. Place the pan in a steamer, cover, and steam til chicken is cooked. You can saute or grill the chicken instead.
Heat sesame oil in pan. Add broccoli and bok choy. Saute for 2 minutes. Sprinkle a little water into the pan. Add the garlic, soy sauce, and a little more water. Cook til the vegetables soften slightly. Transfer the greens to a plate.Place chicken over the veggies and serve.
