Ingredients

    1 Sweet Potato, cubed
    Butter Flavored Spray (0 calories)
    Salt to Taste

Directions

Spray small skillet over medium heat with butter spray

Add Sweet Potato Cubes

Cook over medium heat until tender, adding more butter spray as needed to keep potatoes from burning.

When tender, remove from heat and toss immediately with salt

  • I love baked sweet potatoes and also buy frozen sweet potato fries at Costco. Layer on a baking sheet, spray with Pam and bake for 20 minutes or so. Yum Yum - 3/23/09
