Kim's yummy pizza

Submitted by: KDA1981

Introduction

My husband said this was better than Pizza Hut, even better than camp union (and they have that made-at -home taste). My daughter and I liked it too. I made home made pizza crust (which wasn't all that great), a few days ago and needed to use up the few ingredients I had leftover, so just bought a Boboli crust. Ingredients

1 14oz. boboli crust. I used original, because the store I went to didn't have whole wheat, but I recommend whole wheat.
about 1/3 cup pizza sauce (it was less than 1/2 but more than 1/4-I wanted 1/2 cup but didn't have enough, so if you want to use that much you can). I used Contadina's.
32 pieces turkey pepperoni (that's how much it took me to lay it out flat in bigger to smaller circles. you can put however much or little you like)
1 oz. canadian bacon (all I had left, you can put more if you want)
    1/4 cup pineapple tidbits
    1/4 cup large olives, sliced
1/2 cup onion, sliced in thin wedges
1/2 cup green pepper, sliced in wedges
1.5 cup mozzarella cheese (perhaps if you cut it back to 1 cup it will still be cheesy enough but less calories)
    1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
    Garlic salt (optional)

Directions

Take pizza crust out of package. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Spread sauce evenly onto pizza crust. Top with pepperoni, canadian bacon, pineapple, olives, onion, green pepper, mozzarella cheese, mushrooms, and sprinkle some garlic salt on top if you'd like. It seemed to really add to the pizza. Pop in the oven for 8-10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and lightly browned.

Makes 8 slices, 1 slice per serving.
