Chicken Spaghetti

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    * Chicken Breast, no skin, 0.5 breast, bone and skin removed
    * *Spaghetti, dry, unenriched, 16 oz
    * Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    * *Velveeta 1/2 the fat, 2 cup
    * Milk, nonfat, .5 cup
    * *Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup (98% fat free), 1 cup
    * *Low Fat Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1 cup

Directions

Boil Chicken... then break up into pieces. Boil spaghetti with onion in chicken water. As the spaghetti cooks, make sauce with soups, milk, and cut-up velveeta.
When spaghetti is done, mix with sauce and add chicken pieces. Bake in 9x13 pan (I use PC Stone 9x13) until set together and somewhat browned. (About 25 minutes at 350)
