Lisa's turkey meatloaf

Introduction

This is the best turkey meatloaf I have ever had. It is very moist and flavorful! This is the best turkey meatloaf I have ever had. It is very moist and flavorful!
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    2.5 lbs. lean ground turkey breast (Sam's size)
    1 egg
    2 egg white
    1 cup oats
    1 cup finely chopped mushrooms
    1 cup finely chopped spinach
    1/2 cup nonfat milk
    3 tbsp. grated pamesan cheese( I used Kraft from the jar)
    1 tbsp garlic powder
    1 tbsp ground mustard
    kosher salt and ground pepper

Directions

Heat oven to 400. Combine all ingredients and mix well with hands. Spray a large bake dish or 2 smaller dishes with nonfat cookspray. Spread meatloaf mixture out evenly across pan. Cover pan with foil. Bake for 40 minutes. Take out and remove foil. Bake again 10 minutes or until brown on top. Remove and pour off any extra liquid. Spread meatloaf with 1/2 cup organic ketchup(not included in calories).
