Ingredients

    .5 lb of cooked shrimp
    10 strips of green pepper
    2 cups of frozen veggie try to have more then 4 different kind of veggies
    2-3 slices of onion
    3 large garlic cloves
    3-4 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
    2 tsp of meat tenderizer the orange (sub for salt)
    .5 cup of snow pea
    2 cups of Spaghetti, cooked (pasta),
    1 cup of broccoli
    1 tbsp of Italian seasoning

Directions

Take a big pan add 2tbsp of extra virgin olive oil. Put the pan on low fire add garlic and onion and green pepper (chop the garlic). Cook the pasta drain it and add 1-2 tbsp of olive oil and Italian seasonings mix it.
Add shrimp and grill for 2 min on high fire. Now add frozen veggie and cook for 2 more min. Add broccoli and snow peas, cook for 4 min and add the pasta . Cover it for 1 min and serve. You can have the rest for lunch next day .
