Kat's Veggie Pizza

Introduction

Very good when you just gotta have pizza!! Very good when you just gotta have pizza!!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 large whole wheat pita
    1/2 cup pizza sauce
    1/4 cup green peppers
    1/4 cup onions
    1/2 cup mushrooms
    3 oz part skim shredded mozzarella

Directions

Spread pizza sauce onto uncut pita.
Add onions and peppers
Place mushroom slices on top
Sprinkle cheese on top of veggies
Bake at 350 for 10-15 min (till cheese is melted)
Cut and enjoy.
