Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Whole or split mung beans - 1 cup
    Canned tomatoes - 2 cups
    Water - 12 cups
    Salt
    Curry Powder
    Broken pieces of Poppadam - 3 small poppadams

Directions

Rince 1 cup of mung bean and cover liberlly with water approximatly 12 cups.
Add salt and curry powder.
Bring to pressure on pressure cooker for 10 minutes.
Bring water level back to 12 cups, add cut tomatoes and broken poppadams, bring back to boil. Serve with brown rice and your favorite vegetable and brown rice.
