1lb cubed round steak or stew meat
1 cup beef broth
1 small cubed onion
1 teaspoon garlic
Directions
Brown steak in Pam. Add beef broth, onion and garlic. Simmer on medium until liquid decreases and is absorbed into meat. Stir often. Serve immediately.
