1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 c onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 can diced tomatoes
10-12 oz. pasta, cooked & drained
salt & pepper to taste
Sprinkle mixture with your favorite seasonings (salt & pepper, garlic powder/salt, oregano).
Turn heat low and add the garlic & diced tomatoes. Let simmer for 10 minutes - then combine with the cooked pasta and let simmer for another 5-10 minutes covered.
The longer it simmers - the better the flavor! Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese if desired.
