If you don't use agave nectar, it's 1/2 cup sugar. Also, I substituted applesauce for the 1/3 cup of oil the original recipe calls for. A muffin made with oil and sugar has 190 calories. Ingredients

1.25 C flour
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp agave
2 1/2 C raisin bran flakes
1 1/4 C milk
1 egg
1/3 C unsweetened applesauce
Directions
Sift together flour, powder, salt [and sugar]. Measure flakes and milk into a bowl. Let stand until cereal is soft. Add egg & applesauce (or oil), beat well. Add dry ingredients.
Measure into 12 baking cups and bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes.
