Introduction

I work, A LOT, and am always throwing combos of "quick" food together to see what sticks. This one didn't turn out half bad, so I thought I'd share. It can be used as a side or as a meal in itself. I work, A LOT, and am always throwing combos of "quick" food together to see what sticks. This one didn't turn out half bad, so I thought I'd share. It can be used as a side or as a meal in itself.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 10.75oz can Campbell's 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup.

    1 8.8oz bag of Uncle Ben's Whole Grain Brown Ready Rice

    1 8oz box of Green Giant Simply Steam Seasoned Broccoli & Carrots.

    1/2 soup can of water.

Directions

Place all ingredients in microwave safe bowl. Heat in microwave on HIGH for three minutes. Stir mixture and heat for an additional two minutes. Stir again and let stand for a moment or two to cool.

(1 serving is a side, 2 servings works well as a meal. Also, both the soup and the vegetables are interchangeable with whatever you prefer, although there may be a slight difference in nutritional info for different ingredients.)
