Ingredients

    3 cups dry whole wheat pasta
    1 bunch broccoli, stems removed
    2 tbl olive oil
    2 tbl margarine
    1 tsp garlic
    1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Directions

Boil pasta. Add broccoli for last 4 minutes. In skillet, heat oil, margarine and garlic. Add cooked broccoli and pasta. Toss. season wtih salt and pepper to taste. top with parmesan cheese. serve warm or cold. makes 6 cups.
