Ingredients

    Zucchini, 2 cup, sliced (remove)
    Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, 1 oz (remove)
    Tomato Sauce, .25 cup (remove)
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 3.5 oz (remove)

Directions

peel and slice zucchini, than lay slices of zucchini in 8x10 pan cover with bread crumbs, tomato sauce, parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese.

cover with foil bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 min until tender
