24 oz - Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast (6, 4oz breasts, or 12, 2oz tenders)
1/2 TBS - Basil
1/2 TBS - Black Pepper
3, 1oz - slices Provolone Cheese - cut in half
6, deli thin slices prosciutto.
1 cup water
1 TBS - Smart Squeeze Nonfat Margarine Spread
In a large nonstick skillet add water, Smart Squeeze, and chicken. Cover and cook on medium until chicken is no longer pink inside. Remove lid and turn chicken, cooking until all water is gone.
Transfer chicken to an ungreased baking sheet; top each serving with Basil, 1 slice of Proscuitto and 1/2 slice of Provolone.
Broil 6-8 inces from the heat for 1-2 minutes, or unitl cheese is melted.
