Introduction

Ingredients

    1 can of tuna fish - preferably light
    1 chopped tomato
    1 chopped onion
    1 avocado
    2 tablespoons of light ranch dressing
    1 tablespoon of pepper

Directions

Drain water out of tuna fish can. Then add ranch dressing, chopped onions and ground pepper and mix. In a separate bowl mix avocado and tomatoes, then add them to the tuna fish.
