Low Carb - Bean salad

Introduction

Nice side dish if trying to follow a low-carb diet. Nice side dish if trying to follow a low-carb diet.
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    1 Can french cut green beans (drained)

    1 can dark red kidney beans (drain half juices off, use other half)

    2 tbsp mayonaise (more or less if desired)

    1 tbsp Italian dressing (flavor of dressing and amount can be tweaked for personal tastes)

Directions

Open both cans of beans

Drain green beans & partially drain kidney beans (the juice adds some flavor here)

Place both cans of beans into mixing bowl

Add mayo & stir

Add Italian dressing, to taste, and stir.

Best if Refrigerated for at least an hour before serving to thicken up the 'sauce' on the beans.

My recipe yeilds between 6 & 8 servings, but I don't usually measure them out so I can't give a 'x-cups' amount
