This is what I drink when I wake up to make it through to lunch. I'm not a big breakfast person and I am always on the go so this is perfect for me. Ingredients

1/2 Large Banana
6 Large Strawberries
1 1/4 Cup Fat Free Vanilla Yogurt
2 Tbsp. MLO Super High Protein Powder
Directions
Dice the strawberries and banana up into small pieces and add to the blender.
Add 1 1/4 cup of fat free vanilla yogurt to the blender.
Add the protein powder to the blender and blend it all together until it is relatively "chunk" free.
