Stuffing/Turkey Meatloaf

Number of Servings: 8


    1/2 cup onion
    1 1/4 lbs lean ground turkey
    3/4 cup ketchup
    1 6oz package stuffing mix
    1 cup water
    .5 cup egg beaters


Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, stir well. Transfer to a loaf pan sprayed with nonstick spray and cook at 400 degrees F for 55 minutes.
