Jan's Carrot Potato Onion Soup

Introduction

This is a wonderful soup! Easy too! This is a wonderful soup! Easy too!
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    2 large onions (peeled and chopped chunky)
    1 bag of baby carrots
    6 potatoes(peeled and chopped chunky-I use yukon golds)
    2 T of sugar
    two cans of low sodium chicken broth(you can use vegatable broth)
    1 cup of heavy cream

Directions

Clean, peel and chop onions and potatoes.
In a soup pot add all veggies and broth. Top with sugar. Bring to a rolling boil and cook until veggies are tender. Remove from stove. Using your stick blender, blend soup until smooth. Add cream, blend. This is so good and has a beautiful color.
