Spicy shrimp Wrap

Introduction

A great wrap that keeps you full with so much protein. Fast and easy on the George Foreman grill! A great wrap that keeps you full with so much protein. Fast and easy on the George Foreman grill!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    Shrimp- raw, thawed and cleaned
    Mexican seasoning (store bought or make your own!)
    Salsa
    Parmesan Cheese
    Flour tortillas (you can "play" with this ingredient to fit your nutritional needs ie low carb, no fat etc)

Directions

Coat shrimp with Mexican seasonings. Warm tortilla over G.F. grill or pan. Take out tortilla and add shrimp . While shrimp are cooking add salsa to top of tortilla. Place cooked shrimp on top of salsa and sprinkle with cheese. Fold into burrito shape and place back on grill or stove to heat salsa and brown tortilla. Serves one very well!
