Shrimp Shirataki Stir Fry

Introduction

This is my first attempt with tofu shirataki noodles, I think it turned out pretty yummy. These noodles are great, I can't wait to make a italian dish with them!!!

Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients


    *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp

    * *Bird's Eye Seven Veggie Stir Fry, 5 cup
    * Shrimp, cooked, 8 oz
    * tofu shirataki, 2 serving
    * *Kikkoman Stir-fry Sauce, 2 tbsp
    * *Trader Joe's Thai Peanut Sauce, 2 tbsp
    1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
    1 tsp crushed garlic

Directions

Put EVOO in pan with garlic and crushed red pepper, add veggies. When veggies are tender add shrimp, shirataki and both sauces and just heat long enough for noodles and shrimp to warm....Then enjoy!!!
