Brownie Pudding Cake

Ingredients

1/2 C flour
1/4 C sugar
3 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
3/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 C milk
1 Tbsp cooking oil
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 C walnuts chopped
1/3 C sugar
3/4 C boiling water
Directions
In a medium bowl, mix the flour, 1/4 C flour, 1 T cocoa, and the baking powder. Add milk, oil, and vanilla; stir till smooth. Stir in walnuts. Transfer into a 1 qt casserole dish.
Combine the remaining 2 Tbsp cocoa, and the 1/3 C sugar. Gradually stir into the boiling water. Pour evenly over the batter. Bake in a 350 oven for 30 min or until a toothpick comes out clean. Serve warm.
