Mushroom Lasagna

Ingredients

1 lb bulk sausage, cooked and drained of grease
9 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
1 can mushrooms pieces, drained
1 can or jar of spaghetti sauce
1 (8 oz) can tomatoe sauce
2 cups cottage cheese, fat free
2 eggs
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 cups mozarella cheese, grated
1 T Italian Seasoning
1 T dried oregano
1 T chives, fresh, chopped
Directions
After browning sausage, add Italian Seasoning, spaghetti sauce, tomatoe sauce, and mushrooms.
In a seperate bowl mix cottage cheese, eggs, 3/4 cup of mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, parsley, and chives.
Put some sauce in bottom of a 9x13 casserole. Place 3 noodles down. Next put meat sauce again, then cheese mixture. Another layer of 3 noodles, meat sauce, cheese, noodles, and top with meat sauce. Sprinkle with remaining mozzerella cheese. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees with foil covering. Remove foil for 10 minutes of baking. Let sit on stove top for 10 minutes before cutting.
