Corn, cut from one ear of corn (can be cooked or raw)
2/3 cup of Hodgson Mills Buckwheat Pancake Mix
1 large fresh egg
1 cup non-fat milk
1 TB olive oil
Makes 3 servings of 3 pancakes each. If you spread with butter (delicious) be sure to add in the additional calories.
