mac and cheese w/ ham

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 cups macaroni dry, cooked and drained
    2 tbsp margarine
    1/2 cup flour
    2 cups 2% milk
    4 oz light velveeta cheese
    1 cup cheddar cheese
    seasoned salt
    10 oz ham, diced
    8 crackers, crumbled

Directions

melt 1 tbsp margarine in saucepan. add flour and cook for 1 minute. slowly stir in milk and cook until thickened. add cheeses. cook until melted. add pasta and toss. add seasoned salt. pour into a casserole dish. add ham. in a small bowel, mix cracker crumbs wtih remaining 1 tbsp melted margarine. sprinkle over casserole. bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until bubbly. makes about 6 one cup servings. enjoy!
