Introduction

Great over fresh summer berries! Great over fresh summer berries!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 c. heavy cream
    4 egg yolks
    1/3 c white sugar
    2 T. vanilla

Directions

Warm cream and vanilla in a saucepan until small bubbles form at the side of the pan. Meanwhile, combine egg yolks and sugar. Pour half of hot cream mixture into eggs&sugar and whisk, tempering the eggs. Then pour the egg & cream mixture into the remaining cream and whisk until the mixture coats the back of a spoon. Recipe makes 6 - 1/2 c. servings.
