i also changed a bit I added mushrooms, onions and garlic to the meat. I don't like a lot of sauce I so I eyeballed to my preference (about .5 a jar) and I didn't use a whole box of pasta cause I used penne rigatoni . It would have been a bit plain otherwise. I will definitely make again :) - 10/14/11

What an awesome recipe! Made this for the family last night and my husband even said "it didn't taste like diet food". That is a major compliment from him!! My 14 year old daughter loved as well! Will definitely use again. Of course, I used ground turkey, ff sour cream and low cal spag. sauce. - 10/23/08

I plan to make this recipe very soon, using Smart Taste pasta by Ronzoni and fat-free sour cream! Thank you for sharing it! Has anyone tried freezing individual portions-- I'm hoping that will work well with this recipe! - 9/30/08

I haven't tried freezing but it's s'posed to do well. I'd add more liquid in the form of the sauce or tomatoes. There IS a lot of pasta going on here. =)

I made it with homemade pasta sauce, homegrown tomatoes, lowfat sour cream, and ground turkey instead of beef, and it was pretty good, but I think I needed to add some salt. I also added some chopped onions, squash, zucchini, and garlic. I should have added more salt to balance all the vegetables - 9/1/08

The sodium content in this is way off. When you put the same ingredients into the recipe calculator you get a much lower sodium content. The Spaghetti sauce In the Ingredients list it's showing over 7 cups of sauce when the recipe only ask for 3.5....this also affect the calories. Just an FYI - 8/21/08
