Garlic with Herb Chicken

Introduction

Simple dish to make. You can add whatever vegetables you like and I usually serve it over rice. Simple dish to make. You can add whatever vegetables you like and I usually serve it over rice.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 Pkg. Lipton Garlic with Herb soup/dip mix
    1 Tbsp. Lite Soy sauce
    3/4 Cup water
    3 Chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
    (You can use more or less)
    Cooked Rice (optional)
    Vegetable of your choice (optional)

Directions

Cook and cube chicken. Add remaining ingredients (except rice) to same skillet as chicken. Stir and let simmer for about 10 minutes. If you add vegetables, let simmer until vegetables are cooked through. Serve over rice. Makes 4 servings.
