    Pink Salmon
    Soy Flour
    Egg, fresh
    Onions, raw, 1 tbsp chopped
    *Canola Oil
    old bay seasoning

Directions

drain salmon and shred. add salmon egg, soy flour, onions and seasoning in bowl. Mix like a meatloaf. Heat skillet wit canola. Brown on each side. Serve
