    1 LB 93% LEAN GROUND BEEF
    1 MEDIUM HEAD OF CABBAGE CHOPPED
    1 MEDIUM ONION CHOPPED
    2 CLOVES MINCED GARLIC
    1 TSP BLACK PEPPER
    1 TSP SALT

Directions

BROWN GROUND BEEF AND DRAIN FAT. ADD ONION AND GARLIC AND COOK FOR 5 MINUTES (UNTIL TENDER). ADD CABBAGE AND COVER. COOK OVER MEDIUM HEAT, STIRRING OFTEN UNTIL CABBAGE IS TENDER.
