Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 plum tomato
Basil, 2 tbsp
Garlic, 1 clove
Goat Cheese, Soft, 3 oz
Pizza Crust Dough, 1 serving
Prepare the pizza shell by brushing 1 Tbsp of olive oil on it and bake in oven for 5 minutes.
Remove and place thinly sliced tomatoes, and crumbled goat cheese on top of crust. Return to oven and bake until crust is brown and cheese is bubbly.
Remove and tear basil leaves over top, drizzle rest of olive oil on top. Salt and pepper to taste.
