Thick and creamy chocolate cookie shake

Introduction

A thick and dare I say it, creamy healthy "milk shake." Can even be made in the morning and fruit added. Soy milk is thicker than regular milk and has the creamy texture that 1% lacks. You can even add malt too it for a few more calories but so good! A thick and dare I say it, creamy healthy "milk shake." Can even be made in the morning and fruit added. Ingredients

    Soy milk- I use half a cup
    Skinny Cow cookie sandwich cut in half- put the other half back in the freezer or feed to child or husband
    Yogurt- you can be creative with this one- I use raspberry often or just plain vanilla

Directions

Pour all ingredients into blender or food processor and blend. Drink out of glass and imagine oneself on the beach or in a malt shop.
