Thanksgiving In A Dish

My husband named this recipe because he loved it that he got all of his favorites in one pan! If you feel the need, serve it with mashed potatoes, biscuits, yams, or (as we do) cranberry sauce. Ingredients
-
1 lb ground turkey
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 Tbsp garlic powder
16 oz pkg Florentine blend frozen vegetables
Vegetable Seasoning of your choice
1 pkg Instant Stuffing, prepared
Directions
Grease a large casserole dish (3+ qts) or a 9x13 pan with cooking spray, and preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Brown ground turkey, drain fat. Mix turkey with cream of mushroom soup in casserole dish, season with garlic powder, and top with frozen vegetables. Season the vegetables with your favorite seasoning (we like Penzy's Fox Point Seasoning). Prepare stuffing according to box directions, then top casserole evenly.
Bake for 30-45 minutes, or until vegetables are heated through.
Serve with cranberry sauce, mashed potatoes, yams, salad, other vegetables, or biscuits, if desired.
Yield: approximately 8 1-cup servings.
