1 cup sliced celery ( slice on angle to get C shape)
1 cup chopped onions ( large pieces)
1 cup chopped carrots (juliene chopped)
1 cup chopped cabbage (large pieces)
1 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/4 cup olive oil
3 garlic cloves - fine chopped
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup fine chopped ginger root
Add carrots, stir till soften a little bit,
add celery, stir a minute more,
add in all the rest of the veggies, plus chicken broth and stir till your desired crunch has been achieved.
