Slow Cooker Meat Loaf Slow Cooker Meat Loaf
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 lbs. of hamburger or lean beef
    1/2 cup of oats
    1 egg
    1 Cup of Salsa
    1 1/2 cups of Cheddar Cheese

Directions

Mix all ingredients, place in slow cooker, add salsa over the loaf. Let It cook for 1 hour check if meat is done in the middle. Pour more salsa over the top and add cheddar cheese until melted.
