6 oz cooked lentil bean pasta
10 jumbo olives chopped or sliced
2 TBSP red onion chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed with garlic press
1 roma tomato, seeded, chopped
1/3 cup parmesan cheese shredded
1 TBSP flax seed oil (organic, cold pressed)
1 TBS olive oil (organic, cold pressed)
If you can make the pasta the night before and chill overnight, you'll get the best results.
Makes 4 1/2 cup servings.
