Introduction

Yummy high protein pasta salad made with lentil bean pasta, fresh garlic and fresh veggies! Yummy high protein pasta salad made with lentil bean pasta, fresh garlic and fresh veggies!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    6 oz cooked lentil bean pasta
    10 jumbo olives chopped or sliced
    2 TBSP red onion chopped
    1 clove garlic, crushed with garlic press
    1 roma tomato, seeded, chopped
    1/3 cup parmesan cheese shredded
    1 TBSP flax seed oil (organic, cold pressed)
    1 TBS olive oil (organic, cold pressed)

Directions

Combine all ingredients and toss. Let chill for at least one hour for flavors to combine.

If you can make the pasta the night before and chill overnight, you'll get the best results.

Makes 4 1/2 cup servings.
