IntroductionThis is an old favorite from my mom; it's surprisingly healthy too! This is an old favorite from my mom; it's surprisingly healthy too!
6 medium Red Bliss Potatoes, diced into bite sized pieces
2 tbsp Kraft Mayo Light Mayonnaise
2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tbsp Olive Oil
6 tbsp dried Parsley
3 tbsp dried Rosemary
3 tbsp dried Oregano
2 tbsp Basil
1. Boil potatos until soft and easily forked. Drain.
2. Layer all the ingredients together in a bowl. Take care not to stir too much or too hard so as not to mash the potatoes.
3. Chill for at least 4 hours; like everything else it tastes better the next day! Enjoy!
