Very Versatile Pudding

Introduction

Below is the basic recipe. But if you want to mix it up a little... add a few mint leaves, or some chopped nuts, some dark chocolate shavings, or switch berries, or switch yogurt/jello flavours. So long as it turns out to be pudding it will still rock! Below is the basic recipe. Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 tub of Fat Free Vanilla yogurt
    1 packet of sugar-free jello granules (any flavour - enough for 1 cup-sized portions)
    1 cup fresh strawberries
    1/2 cup boiling water
    1 cup cold water

Directions

Mix the jello with boiling water. Refrigerate until cooled. Add cold water and blend. Add yogurt and berries, blend. Divide into 2 dessert bowls and chill until set. Delicious!
